Agency recognition
Every badge, celebrated.
When one of your agencies earns a badge, it shouldn't sit in a dashboard. It should arrive as a short celebration video made for that agency, with its name on it, plus a badge for its own website. Ready to share with its clients and its community.

Congratulations,
Harbor Point Insurance Group
Gold Agency: top results in new policies and client retention this quarter.
The real version is a 15-second video in the program's own design. Agency names are invented, and nothing you type is saved or sent.
Why personalize badges
A badge only motivates if people see it.
Badges work when they're public. A badge an agency can show off motivates that agency, and it motivates every agency that sees it. That's how 3,000 agencies start pushing for the next level.
A badge in a dashboard
- Seen by the person who logs in
- The same icon for every agency
- Nothing to post, so nobody else hears about it
- Easy to forget by next quarter
A badge made for the agency
- Their name, their city, their level, their achievement
- A video they're proud to post on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Seen by their clients, their prospects and other agencies
- Other agencies see it and want the next level too
What each agency receives
One badge earned. A full set to share.
The website pin. The same badge, sized for the agency’s own site, with its name around the rim.
A prototype for Harbor Point Insurance Group, an invented agency: the 15-second celebration video, all three levels, and the website pin.

The badge video
The badge reveal, with the agency's name and what they did to earn it.
Social card
A post-ready image
Sized for LinkedIn and Facebook, with room for the agency's own caption.
Website badge
HTML5 and animated GIF
A standalone badge for the agency's own site, plus a PNG for email signatures.
Personal page
One page to share
Everything on one page, delivered by email or inside the Wink Suite program.
Levels and achievements
Every badge carries the agency’s name.
A generic badge looks the same on every agency’s wall, so nobody posts it. Here, every level and every achievement is made for one agency, with its name on the banner. Agencies climb the levels, collect achievements along the way, and each one is theirs to show off. Type a name in the demo above and watch every badge change.
Example badges. Your program sets the real names, goals and points.
The badge, on their own site
The video gets shared once. The badge stays up all year.
Every agency also gets its badge as a standalone, made for its own website, so clients see it every time they visit.
- HTML5 embed. One line of code, animated and sharp at any size, and it won’t clash with the agency’s own site. That's the live one in the footer here.
- Animated GIF. For website builders and email tools that don't take code.
- PNG. A static version for email signatures and proposals.
It can’t be faked. Each badge is tied to the agency’s record in the program, so nobody can edit the code to claim a higher level. When an agency levels up, its badge updates on its own. Clicking it opens a page that confirms who earned it and when.
How it works
Earned in Wink Suite. Celebrated for you.
Nobody on your team builds a badge by hand. The program decides who earned what, and every agency gets its own version.
01
You set the levels
Bronze, Silver, Gold or your own names, and what it takes to earn each one.
02
Wink Suite tracks it
Agencies earn points and badges in the program as they hit their goals.
03
The badge is released
The moment a badge is earned, that agency's video, cards and website badge are delivered to it.
04
The agency shares it
Their clients and their peers see it. Other agencies see what the next level looks like.
Two ways to run it
Build every badge ahead, or build each one when it's earned.
With a known list of agencies and a few levels, both work. We'll recommend one once the levels are set.
Option A
Pre-built
We make every agency's badge for every level before launch, and each one is released the moment it's earned. Every version can be checked before launch, and agencies get theirs instantly.
3,000 agencies × 3 levels = 9,000 badge sets, ready on day one
Option B
Built on demand
Wink Suite sends us each badge as it's earned, and we make that agency's set then. It adds details only known at that moment, like the date or the exact result.
Only the badges actually earned are made
Let your agencies show off.
Tell your Wink Suite contact how many levels you're planning and what earns each one. We'll come back with a sample badge video in your design.
